Creating Automated eCommerce Forms in WordPress
Sign in to your WordPress website and click Formidable Forms from the left pane. Visit Forms to manage your existing forms or create a new one.
If you are going to create a new order form, enter ‘order’ in the search field to locate a predefined template quickly.
