Content Dripping in MemberPress
Content dripping is a great feature of MemberPress. If you are new to the term, I will tell you what it is.
It is the process of releasing your content to the members. For example, you are selling an online course that members should complete within a 1-month or 5-week timeframe. So there is no need to provide your course materials together or in a bundle. If they are available online, members can access them anytime and complete your 5-weeks course in 2-3 days.
Do you want it to happen?
Never. So you can release materials one by one, in batches, or at scheduled intervals. This process is known as content dripping.
MemberPress allows you to drip content either fully or partially using rules. It works with your menu items also.
Content expiration is another feature of MemberPress. You may think it’s related to the content dripping. But it’s truly an independent feature that you can activate alone or together with dripping.
Access expiration is useful to set an expiry date for your content. On expiry, none of your members can see it. It works best for limited-period deals.
